If you don't have it already, I highly recommend purchasing the latest issue of Cook's Illustrated (there's something about a spice rubbed turkey on the cover). Then you should make the pasta with mushrooms, because not only is it easy and fast, it's terribly delicious.

And no I won't e-mail you the recipe, go buy the magazine. Every recipe in there is undoubtedly good, and it's completely lacking in advertisements. It's well worth whatever the cover price is.
