Things!

First, Happy Birthday to the Littlest Brother. He turns 14 today! I can't believe he'll be in high school in a few months. I feel old.

Second, I've mentioned that I thought I would never sing karaoke. But for the past few weeks I've been getting up on stage and singing some duets and such. Last night, I made my solo debut ('The Tide is High' by Blondie). I tend to freak out when I have to present something in a meeting at work, so it was kind of a big deal for me to get up on stage by myself and sing. Of course, I couldn't have done it without the encouragement and guidance from my very handsome karaoke/scrabble coach. Thank you!

Finally, it is entirely possible that by the end of today I will be a step-aunt. If not today, then probably by the end of the week!
