In a span of 4 days, I've had 3 Thanksgiving dinners. Amazingly, I haven't had the same thing twice, with the exception of mashed potatoes. And really, I don't think there's any reason to complain about having to eat mashed potatoes.
Here's a run down:
Thanksgiving #1 (the boyfriend's parents):
prime rib, peas, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, artichoke/spinach casserole (brought by me), salad, cranberry sauce (homemade and brought by me), and a pumpkin custard thing for dessert.
Thanksgiving #2 (Mum's house):
turkey, stuffing, onion and leek casserole, sweet potato casserole, green beans with bacon, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and a pumpkin semi-freddo thing for dessert.
Thanksgiving #3 (Dad's house):
ham, potato casserole, artichoke/spinach casserole, salad, rolls, and apple pie and pumpkin pie for dessert. (Bonus: white russians with my Dad's homemade kahlua)
None of the above list includes any of the appetizer and munchies that were eaten before the actual meals. I've had so much food at this point, I don't think I'll need to eat for about 3 days.

Your Thanksgiving meals all sound fabulous! I'd love to have your casserole recipe as well. I'm on an artichoke kick lately.
Beautiful table too!
Babe, I would love to have your recipe for spinach & artichoke casserole...
please?
What a gorgeous photo...I love the mood!
All of your meals sound so delicious. I might be pining after that casserole recipe. Sounds incredibly yummy.
