Have I mentioned that I'm a bit behind on my blog reading? I'm woefully behind. In fact, I'm so behind that I just realized TODAY that the lovely Danielle tagged me for a meme. I suck. And feel so guilty that I must get all meme on your ass right now:

Total Number of Books I’ve Owned:
Can anyone really give an accurate number here? I have absolutely NO IDEA. I binge and purge on books pretty regularly, it's impossible to keep count. I suppose if I had to guess, maybe 500? This does not include cookbooks...

The Last Book I Bought:
I actually bought two at the same time: I Was Told There's Be Cake by Sloane Crossley and A Dirty Job by Christopher Moore

The Last Book I Read:
I finished I Was Told There'd Be Cake on the plane to Boston. I enjoyed it very much. I think I would have probably read it in one sitting even if I hadn't been stuck on a plane for 6 hours. I'm not quite done with A Dirty Job because I've found that it's best for me to read it during daylight hours (else it has a slightly scary affect on my dreams) and reading a book while at work would probably be frowned upon.
