How many books do I own?
It's hard to say. I recently got rid of a bunch. Definitely in the 50 or so range. And I'm totally stabbing in the dark with that. There's possible way more if you want to add cook books to the mix...

i don't need to be tagged, per se, but it was nice to read about the cds vs mp3s idea. I've sort of resorted to mp3's lately because i live in new york and the immediate gratification, mixed with the bother of subways and jostling people, but I've definitely been missing something... your post was a good reminder of why I don't listen to (and discover lots of) new music lately. I may need to get back in the game.
Also, santa cruz rules. Yay for banana slugs. The actual creatures, I mean.
