You know that I almost never get political here. So I'm not going to start now. Besides, there are far more people expressing my sentiment about the situation much better than I ever could. However, I will direct you to a relief effort that you maybe haven't seen yet: Relief Through Music (also a link here)
I already made a donation to my charity of choice, but I may do this too.
Things that are making me happy today:
-The chocolate on my admin's desk has been restocked. Chocolate heals. I may enthrall you with my personal hierarchy for FUN SIZE candy, but later.
- Coil binding the Stitch 'N Bitch book. I am so going to do this. Despite making the umbilical cord hat at least half a dozen times, I still don't have the pattern memorized. This will be eternally helpful.
- the fact that I will see the Boyfriend and possibly the Mum after work.
- Mountain Dew Code Red. I like it because it reminds me of my beloved Sonic Cherry Limeade. It also has lots of caffeine.
- It kind of feels like Fall today. I love Fall.
That photo makes my mouth water, yum.

I'm so glad you put the things that make you happy down, "today". thats pretty cool. I just started checking out your blog this year, and it's cool to see someone telling you what they like instead of what they hate. I think I'll practice some of it myself, today. and like everyone else, I really enjoy your photos. their inspiring.
